Bakuzone

One day, cards began to fall from the sky and were picked up by kids all over the world. The cards featured different characters, different environments, and different powers. Kids created a popular battle game not knowing that these cards actually corresponded to an alternate world called Vestroia. In Vestroia, a rogue Bakugan named Naga lusted for control, and schemed to seize all of the power for himself. When he tried to absorb the silent core and seize its power, the negative energy proved too much for Naga to handle. The negative energy exploded and the Infinity Core fell to earth. The creatures of Vestroia started to emerge in Bakugan battles. Now it is up to Dan and the other Battle Brawlers to find the Infinity Core and reunite it with the Silent Core to restore balance. At the same time, an evil Bakugan player called Masquerade is taking away Bakugan that belong to other people. As well, a scientist called Michael Gehahbich disappeared into Vestroia. When he returned 6 months later, he came back as a creature known as Hal-G, half Bakugan-half human. Hal-G is plotting to reunite Naga with the Infinity Core to take over the world. Dan and his friends must stop Hal-G's evil plans.

The follow-up anime series of the Bakugan Battle Brawlers is the New Vestroia chapter. Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia, released in 2009, was first slated for 26 episodes only. But it was extended with another 26 episodes because of high ratings. The story centers on our Bakugan heroes Dan, Shun, and Marucho being called to Vestroia, and welcomes new characters Mira, Ace, and Baron. Their opponents this time are the evil Vexos brawlers, composed of a royal prince and six powerful Bakugan brawlers (each representing an element --- Pyrus, Ventus, Haos, Darkus, Subterra, and Aquos).

What's New This Season?

Season 2 of the Bakugan Battle Brawlers series brings us great additions to the screen and to our Bakugan collections! First off, we welcome new Bakugans that will be showing off their skills. Along with the new Bakugans, there are also new characters --- new friends and comrades, and new foes and enemies. There are also new things to behold! Special Attack Bakugan have their own special powers --- changing attributes, changing G-powers, lighting, spinning, and many more. The Bakugan Traps, on the other hand, are like a different species of Bakugan. It is shown that they cannot speak, although it is believed (and Marucho does greatly believe) that the traps just have their own form of communication. The Traps make their entrance in the New Vestroia series, acting as brawling support to the guardian Bakugans as they brawl.

Bakugan Battle Brawlers: Gundalian Invaders is the third season of the Bakugan series, and with this new season comes new Bakugan! We now welcome more Bakugan warriors and the new Battle Gear and Super Assault Bakugan. There are also new Bakugan items and new features that will delight the Bakugan community.
